AMAs, Project Pitches, Mentorship and Quests #5
Hi there,
Hope you're well and that you are progressing nicely with your projects! Here is your update for the week:
- Discord AMAs. This week we’ll have two AMAs in Discord. One will be on Wednesday, May 4th at 7AM PT and the other will be on Friday, May 6th at 7am PT. Whether you want feedback on an idea or help with a Hedera service, we'll be hanging out in the Hedera Discord #ama channel.
- Mentorship. We are getting close to the end and want to make sure you have all the resources you may need to complete your project. If you need any help and cannot make it to an AMA session, you can reach out to our mentors to schedule 1:1 office hours in our Discord or check the mentorship tab. Mentors from each challenge as well as from the Hedera team are here to help make sure you succeed, so be sure to reach out if you need anything.
- Project Pitch. Part of your project submission needs to include a 5 min (or less) video of you pitching your project. If you have never done this before or would just like some tips and best practices be sure to check out this webinar from our last hackathon that will help you create an effective pitch for your project. If you would like to practice your pitch and receive live feedback from some of our mentors before you submit your project, please fill out this form.
- Taskbar Quest #5: Fan favorite. Vote for your favorite Hedera project and earn 400 hbars. Send a HCS message with the name of your favorite project to the testnet topic 0.0.34254689. Provide a link to your transaction in DragonGlass in a new Taskbar task then follow the directions to tweet your task.
